European premiere Symphonic suite ‘Fire shut up in my bones’ by jazz legend Terence Blanchard

After the triumph of his opera ‘Fire shut up in my bones’ at the Metropolitan Opera 8-times Grammy winning and twice Oscar nominated jazz trumpeter and composer Terence Blanchard composed a symphonic suite of the opera for Yannick Nézet-Séguin and the Philadelphia Orchestra which was premiered in Philadelphia followed by the MET orchestra in Carnegie Hall. The European premiere of this masterpiece will now be conducted by Vincent de Kort together with the NWD Philharmonie in Germany.
